Description

Bush has admitted to heavy and chronic drinking when he was younger. It is also said that he used cocaine. Scientific studies indicate that heavy drug or alcohol use can trigger mental illness, and that some damage may be permanent.

Rumours have circulated that Bush behaves erratically, that he tends toward extreme attitudes, that he is prone to angry outbursts, that he is unable to answer questions without being briefed in advance, that he makes snap decisions without consulting advisers, that he says that his actions reflect the "will of God".
