Bill Cummings from Rockmart, Georgia is a State Representative for the 16th State House of Representatives District in north Georgia. He is not planning on seeking re-election for a 14th term in 2006 because he wants to take her care of his ailing wife.

Rockmart attorney Rick Crawford and Cedartown businessman Ed "Eddard" Graves will compete for the Democratic Party nomination in the July 18 primary election.
