• Served as County Council Chairman for the past 2 terms (2002-2004 & 2004-2006); total of 4 years as Council Chair.
• Served as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and/or member of every standing council committee over the past 22 years.
• Employed for 45 years with Hawaiian Telephone Company with over 35 years in various management, staff, and instructor traing positions; 20 years as a permanent employee (retired Dec. 1991) 15 years in Honolulu, 5 years on contract.
• 25-yearmember, International Association of Approved Basketball Officials.
