Bertha F. K. Leong

Bertha F. K. Leong, a member of the Republican Party, was first elected to represent the 18th Representative district in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature in 1998. Leong has since been reelected to the 18th district until her defeat by Democratic challenger Lyla Berg in the 2004 general election. The 18th Representative District includes the Kahala, Aina Haina and Kuli'ou'ou areas of the island of Oahu.
