Here's an entry on the main Kos site that mentions Lee Petitions as an org often mentioned with Sproul in Arizona. They already have a history of voter fraud. Sounds like they're worth researching.

An article on more of Sproul's wonderful behavior. Here, he's labeled a "Republican consultant" hired to run a smear campaign called Friends of Scottsdale where some more fishy, but probably legal, nastiness goes on in David Ortega's mayoral campaign in Scottsdale. It also involves a land speculator named Steve Ellman and Tom Liddy, Maricopa County Republican Party chairman.
