Overview

Former Superior Court of New Jersey Judge Andrew Napolitano is the senior judicial analyst for the Fox News Network (he's also a regular guest on their programs The Big Story With John Gibson, Fox and Friends, The O’Reilly Factor, and others). He seems to function on the talking head shows as a token libertarian conservative often positioned to argue the point of small government, civil liberties, personal freedom, [[natural law] and other Libertarian positions. He is Catholic. In 2005, he wrote a book entitled Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws which discusses how our rule of law is threatened by agents of the State acting acting against, or even breaking, the law (e.g., selling drugs to catch drug-buyers, pardoning criminals in exchange for testimony in other cases, etc.)
