2010 Hawaii State Constitutional Convention

From dKosopedia

The Hawaii state constitution authorizes the lieutenant governor to place the question of a constitutional convention on the ballot if a decade passes without the state Legislature putting the question before voters. Voters rejected a constitutional convention in 1998. The last constitutional convention was held in 1978. The question will be on the ballot for the general election on November 2008. [1]
