Oppressive Regime? Brutal Dictator? Dictators are limiting in this world where all the dictators have electins, like in Zimbabwe, while they do all the regular torture and oppression. They rely on an ability to cook the election, though it does increase the struggle. They are Regimes... ah... "leaders"

Amnesty international has already done this for us. I'm going to give them a link. I think what we can do is point how which regimes are Bush allies, which are worse than Saddam, for when republicans rationalize the Iraq War as a humanitarian intervention because Saddamn was bad.
